Mental Health Counselor
Dinah Hudson is a recent graduate from Adler University with a MA degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
She holds many titles including counselor, mentor, and activist. While her accomplishments are expansive, she finds it most rewarding to uphold her mission of supporting and uplifting the leaders of tomorrow and their emotional wellbeing. She brings current knowledge working in schools, inpatient, and collegiate settings and acts as a research assistant with UChicago Urban Labs supporting ongoing research that investigates the social and emotional benefits that therapy provides adolescents. Her expertise is in highlighting student-identified strengths to energize and reinforce the power of evidence-based practice and holistic therapeutic intervention.
