Spanish Teacher

The Chicago Academy for the Arts, one of the premier arts high schools in the United States, seeks a full-time Spanish teacher for the 2017-2018 school year.

The teaching assignment will include a variety of Spanish courses, from Spanish I through AP Spanish. The ideal candidate will have several years or more of teaching experience at the high school level, a master’s degree, and a teaching license. 

Successful teachers at The Academy are intensely passionate about their subject area and its pedagogy, committed to ongoing communication with parents and colleagues, believers in the ethos of independent schools, and have the interest, energy, and ability to uphold a rigorous college-preparatory curriculum.

The salary for this position is in the high $30,000’s.
