Courses Editing

For all courses, we want to disable the ability for someone to be able to click through to the individual product view. This is done by adding a "nolink" tag. Unfortunately, it has to be done individually as you can't add a tag to multiple listings at once. It seemed better to enable editor control rather than global suppression since we still need product click-throughs for things like the store.
