The Theatre Department’s Directors Showcase is Friday, December 6 at 4:45 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The Theatre Department Directing Class will present a night of student directed scenes from plays in the contemporary theatre canon. From the formation of a clear directorial lens through dramaturgical analysis of their texts, to the casting and rehearsal processes, and finally in production and performance, students in this laboratory style class gain a fuller understanding of all aspects of directing. Actors in the showcase are members of the Theatre Department. RSVP below!
