Login, Bidding, and Payment Instructions

Thank you for registering for Academy Night Live! If you have registered for the event (without purchasing a ticket) or purchased a ticket, you will receive a Zoom link to stream the show via your email. Please email Sarah Crain at scrain@chicagoartsacademy.org if believe you have not received the Zoom link. See below for instructions on how to log in, bid on auction items and raffle prizes, and purchase tickets.

1. Click this link to go to Gesture, our website for auction items, raffle prizes, and tickets, and log in. If you registered or purchased a ticket, you should have been given login information from Gesture.

2. Make sure you have a credit card on file! In order to bid, you must have a credit card on file. Visit the “My Info” tab on the homepage to enter your information. If you already have a credit card on file you can skip to the next step. If not, add a card so you don’t miss out on the amazing trips and packages.

Note: If you want to change your card later, you can do so right on the “My Info” tab at any point. We will not charge your credit card without permission.

3. Check out our auction and raffle items by clicking on the Items tab.

4. Bid on your favorites (and set up auto-bid on your got-to-have-it items). Learn more about how bidding works here.

5. Once the event is over, you can self-checkout by going to the “Pay” tab on the Gesture Homepage. There you will see a summary of all of your purchases and donations. You can pay right then and a statement will be automatically generated for you. 

If you want to use another card, you can update it through the “My Info” tab on the homepage. If you wish to send a check instead, let us know by emailing jnewman@chicagoartsacademy.org OR scrain@chicagoartsacademy.org.
