Dominique Krason

“Hi! I’m Dominique Krason and I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a major in Pre-Veterinary Medicine and a minor in Natural Resource Conservation. During my time there, I studied abroad in New Zealand and worked in various research labs, which deepened my love for science and education.

After graduating, I worked as a paraprofessional, supporting students with executive functioning needs, and that experience inspired me to pursue teaching. I earned my teaching license from Northeastern Illinois University and passed the Illinois state exams to be endorsed in both Biology and Chemistry. I’ve been fortunate to be a part of the CAA community since 2023, and I’m passionate about helping students grow both academically and personally.”
