Grania was part of CAA’s first Youth and Government class, participated in the annual student-run AIDS Benefit every year before directing the benefit her senior year, and was a faculty-elected speaker at graduation. She was then awarded the prestigious Evans Scholarship, a full tuition and housing scholarship provided by the Western Golf Association based on a “strong caddie record, excellent academics, demonstrated financial need and outstanding character.” She attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting and departmental distinction. Grania continues to work as an actor, most recently performing in a world premiere play in Murphys, California. She is thrilled to be stepping into this admissions role and welcome new students and families to The Academy community.
